Elektron Musical Instruments

Why don't you talk to Elektron rather than try to smear them on the 
list?  Perhaps, as a last ditch effort, if they DON'T help you, you 
can feel free to post on here... But if you "just received" it then 
I'm certain you haven't tried to get support yet.
