Yes it was working when i swiched it on again.
After a minute or so, the same problem occured.
You can hear a high Freq buzz.
Now it's back in the box.

I heard of this problem a few times on this forum
(an other almost  DOA stories)
but i thought it was definitely considered a *fixed*
problem. I guess not.
Do they at least verify the units before then ship it
across the world ?

Hmm... it _could_ be due to the fix for the separate outputs, if
Elektron does that themselves nowadays? The screen might accidentially
have become scratched and noone noticed. They have probably fixed that
in the PCB layout nowadays though.

I went to Elektron with my MD last friday, and got the separate
outputs fixed. The first time ever my MD was opened (this resulted in
some wear and tear on the screws)! Some cutting of the PCB was needed,
and then some soldering. No. Don't ask me what was actually done, I do
not know enough of electronics to tell you.
