In another synth? > > Your question is *VAGUE* and probably not going to give you what > you're looking for this question sounds like someone is too busy using the machinedrum to think of a decent one... but if you like to know, its piss easy to use when compared to other desktop 16 track seq/sound generators... and for realistic percussive sound generation - very good, altho most sounds seem to have a signature machinedrum element to them, especially when using the onboard fx...to echo a previous comment, if i wanted real drum sounds i probably wouldnt use the machinedrum to generate them... but i would use the sequencer to arrange them!
