MESI is a distributor, and you can expect such services from companies that are distributors for us. However, we do only have distributors in areas where we can not sell directly. Currently in France and Japan. The reasons we are still in business is that we sell directly. Sales reps of course can not offer any hardware support. They are just good guys that can help to show what our instruments are about.
