agreed. I do the same thing with my Nord. the only limitation (which
I'll find out soon if the MM overcomes) is that it's only monophonic
sequencing. this is *usually* fine for me; but not always.

also, my Nord (2X) can't clock its arpeggiator to MIDI clock (only the
restarts can be clocked) :-(  so it's kind of different than the
Viruses in that regard (and others).
