hey there.

so... OT but it sounds like lots of people here have/have experiance with 
the Sherman Filterbanks....

was wondering how different the FB2 is compared to the FB1.... the cheapest 
i can find the 2 for is around $700, and i have a friend that is willing to 
sell me his FB1 for $400.  this will be my first outboard filter (love the 
demo, have played with FB's before... goot stoof), should i wait till i can 
afford the FB2?  should i get the FB1?  if i have the FB1 for awhile and 
LOVE it will i want to get the FB2?
