Actually I wish the MD's were a bit lighter too :-) I can't imagine why Elektron would use cheaper or inferior parts in the first 100. They learned from the MD and it's more expensive to change some parts afterwards. I don't mind the Leds, I can fix it myself or else just leave it. I play keyboard/transpose by ear and not by what a LED is telling ;-) Ronald.
