I think you're right, the LED's should blink while they're unmuted and
being trigged.  But also, the tracks that have no trigs on them should
be unlit always; even if you select it.  That way, when you load the
pattern it's very obvious which tracks have anything on them.  And if
you're playing and select a track without trigs, you'll know it right
away because it won't be orange (has trigs, but muted) or red (has trigs
and is unmuted).

What do you think?  Is it worth a feature request?
