I had been thinking about the way MnM stores kits instead of patches... Although it probably would take some major work from Elektron, it would be nice to actually have a way store individual patches that could be loaded from the kit edit page. Maybe under the "SYNTH" list there could be a "USER" machine type and then all of your stored patches could be selected individually here. Saving patches in kits seems intuitive for a drum synth but not for a keyboard synth (although I would like to save individual patches in MD also!). cheers JK ----- Original Message ----- From: "Roonan" <info@...> To: <elektron-users@yahoogroups.com> Sent: Thursday, September 25, 2003 8:30 AM Subject: Re: [elektron] MachineDrum/MonoMachine feature poll? > --- In elektron-users@yahoogroups.com, "Angus Christophersen" > <puretokyo@h...> wrote: > > the > > first 100 to submit their 10 best patches; of these, the best 256 > or 512 or > > however many would be chosen to ship with the Mono or be > downloadable from > > the website; this would definitely reward the first 100 personally > but > > moreover would generate a fantastic preset bank and be a great > incentive to > > future purchasers. > > > > What do you all think?
