Might I suggest, to the folks who's demos he's ripped off, to email his 
ISP, ebay, fnord, and inform them of this.  Try to get his account deleted.

Obviously, he, or an associate of his is on the list:
You are acting in poor form, stealing not only copyrighted works that 
legitimate beta testers have put together, but also beta Monos that 
could've gone to people interested in actually using them.  For what?  
$400 profit?  That's pennies for a good salesman. 
I suggest you become one.
