Re: [elektron] MD suitable for Drum and Bass ?

2003-11-03 by tahvenaine2002

Hi,

I would say that you maybe be missing snares a bit, since I found
that there can be so many different snare sounds, that md surely cant
do everyone of them. That said, drumm and bass is mostly sampled
stuff which md can't do. This seems that it doesn't fit BUT I would
say that you should still get md. You can use mds midi for sampled
stuff. I'm using it with battery and with MD userinterface you really
get beats going! I mean I would buy it for userinterface alone. I
don't mean to say that it can't make good sounds, it can and it will,
you'll see. It's your best change, believe me..

Toni.
