Elektron Musical Instruments

I can't seem to get the flash upgrade utility to work.  I'm using an SB 
Live under windows.  Any ideas?  I've got the right hook-ups (out<->in 
in<->thru), and I've done countless sysex dumps on other machines before 
through sounddiver.
