Sorry, I should clarify.
It passes the MIDI test just fine.  When it starts sending the info, 
the"Compare" and "Edit" LED light show up but the MIDI light does 
nothing (though I stuck a MIDI monitor in the path and midi info seems 
to be passing along).   The utility finishes but the SIDstation keeps 
the "Ready for FLASH upgrade" screen on.  Turning it off and on gets me 
back to normal but with the old version.
