You can't imagine the part price of a keyboard, even a crappy one if 
you don't buy it by 10000 :-/
There's only one main keyboard maker now and part prices are made 
accordingly.

A good power supply cost money.

now 600 is a "bit" too much… there must be some building reasons behind 
that (more time consuming to make?)
