the monomachine only supports one of the machines
(sample based) in the Machinedrum.
And its only 6 voice polyphonic.
if you look for a drummachine with lots of specialized drumsynths get the 
machinedrum.
if you are looking for a great synth with onboard sequencer and some basic drums get 
the mono.

i got both and i can really recommend that combi.
