I get the stuck note problem quite often, running the latest OS.  You can
tell which note is stuck by looking at the LEDs above the keys, but usually
it's not a note that I had previously played.  strange.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
