possibly... but your problems sound more software based. so it's more
likely that some memory is corrupt somewhere and needs to be reset.

I've never experienced nor heard about any of the stuff you've been
dealing with - and I've used the MnM daily for the last six months. so
yeah, if the OS reinstall doesn't help, I would certainly contact Elektron.
