I could cry!!

only got the Machine drum this week and already i've broken a data 
entry pot !

can anyone enlighten me as to what to do - how much will it cost to 
repair etc.

the actual shaft inside has snapped!

are the data entry knobs all part of a whole component or separate 
pieces (for those how have peaked inside)
