There was a bit of grit or swark behind the LCD so all I did was unscrew the face plate and ease the pots off the stems and blow with some canned air the grit away. The pots didn't like being lifted unfortunatley (very stiff - snap!!).I've done this numerous times on other equipment with no problems. just seen the pictures of the guy who opened his up in the links section and indeed they are mounted on the board. Looks like shes going back to Sweden for a makeover. Unless they can send me some new pots to solder myself Damn Jez (Nice first post eh ?)
