This could take alot of study and patience.  Couldn't you save the VO
patterns you come up with?  Many words have the same sounds.  All you
have to do is change a consonant or two.  You just have to figure out
how to work with what you got.  A great vocal synth that doesn't exist
anywhere except "Say It".  You could sample the phonetic elements. 
Keep it simple.
