I know the knobs can be tested by simply turning them in test mode. I/O, I'm not sure about. But if it's like the MnM, test mode means that the inputs are routed directly to the outputs. so if you feed a line-level signal into it and then test to see that the output levels are the same, that can be your test :-) have fun with your new toy.... good luck sleeping!
