Hi, I'm the guy who originally addressed this problem. I sent an e-
mail to Elektron regarding this matter and here's the answer I 
(finally) got from Elektron:

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
