digital performer and logic (iirc) can both echo received sync to other midi ports.
i'm not sure about windows- or hardware-based sequencers, though, sorry.

that said, you could probably send clock in series if you daisy-chain your devices
(timing may be a concern in this arrangement; YMMV), or in parallel if you have a midi
patchbay that can act as a multiple-thru.  that seems like it would be a good setup if
you have a number of synths running their own sequences that only need timing/control
synchronization.
