Frozen MnM

Hello, I noticed something last night (actually, noticed it again last night) with my MnM. I was slaving it to the clock from a Yamaha RS7000, grooving along, making patterns, and tweaking stuff. The MnM became unresponsive -- no knobs would work, sequencer playback buttons inoperative, etc. -- until I brought up the Kit Edit screen. I cancelled out that and the MnM became responsive. Is this a 'feature' of which I am unaware? Do I have a defective MnM? Is this an OS bug? Anyway, please let me know if there is something I am overlooking. The other time this happened is when I was operating the MnM by itself. Same symptoms, only it was running under internal clock. Thanks! /Scott
