can you please check if you can duplicate this with external midi seq: write midi notes to every midi-track for every step and see if (likely before you reach the fourth midi-track) ALL midi notes on EVERY midi-track on that pattern turns into a trigless trig (no note value set). i think there's a maximum number of midi notes that can be recorded on one pattern and when the limit is reached it bugs out somehow. to be able to add new notes again on that track... i'm not sure what exactly you need to do but clearing the tracks and recording some notes eventually helps out.
