Reason + Machinedrum... Lagging :(

I have Reason slaved to my MD, and they are sync'd perfectly. The only problem is that Reason starts EXACTLY one 32nd note behind the MD. Can somebody help me? If I program my MD patterns so that, for example, the bass drum falls a 32nd note AFTER each quarter note, then it sounds okay but obviously this is an inconvenient workaround. I would really appreciate any help, thanks. MATT
