I Just wanted to thanks everyone who responded to my post in regards To the
great synth debate MonoMachine vs Virus -VS Nord G2. I Still havent made
up my mind yet between the MonoMachine or The new Virus Ti And
unfortunetly I Had to sell some Important studio equipement to afford Either
So Whichever I choose will Have to Last a while!!! I Had to pick some smaller
Items That would Generate 5 -6 Hundred Bucks And then 1 Big Item which
was an Apogee Big Ben Master wordclock That sold in a day on Ebay So I am
not one of these guys who gets The cake and eats it too Very often!!! So
thanks to All who Made a contribution To my Last Post And Thanks for the
indepth Breakdowns between the different synths for me!!!! Sincerly Paul

Just for the record, if you are really wanting a Virus (which is a very
easy synth to get tons of useful sounds out of, and at the risk of
taking heat from other Elektron users has a much wider tone palette)
you should not only set your eyes on the TI. Yes, it's cool and all,
but if you already have a decent audio interface you could save
hundreds (many!) buying a used B or C. With the money leftover, you
could easily get a nord MicroMod or maybe even an expanded original
Modular (or most of it, depending on how much the TI is going for right
now).

Having been in the world of gear lust and gear buying for years, please
take my advice that you'll be as happy if not happier with several late
generation synths than one current gen device for the same money.
