Elektron Musical Instruments

Just rec'd my MnM last week and noticed an OS update on the Elektron 
site. Is it possible to update with the midifile using a hardware 
sequencer? If so, how do you go about it? Thanx in advance for any help.

you should be able to.  but it depends upon your hardware sequencer.  
if you can
load the MIDI file on there, then you should have no problem loading it 
into the
MnM.  just go to the MnM's early boot menu (hold function down upon 
startup)
and select "MIDI upgrade".  then press play on your sequencer and it 
*should* load
just fine.

remember that you don't need any special sort of software to load the 
OS from your
computer.  you just need an interface; the utilities for transferring 
to/from the MnM
are free.
