The MD has midi triggers which can do a ton of stuff, just plug the midi out from your MD to the midi in on your MS-10, switch it to accept the right midi in channel and voila, MD is your new trigger monster...

  Hi,

anyone here plays with MD couple to the MS-10 ?
If it's the case how do you work ?
Do you find something pretty cool to do ?

I plug an ouput of the MD to the external in of the MS-10, to play with the filter & then, sometimes, go back to the input of the MD.
Maybe I'm dreamin' but ... it's there a way to trig or something ...

  thanx.

Unfortunately, the MS-10 is an analog synth and is not equipped with
MIDI ... You can use the 'PULSE' machine from the MD to tweak your
MS10 (using C/D/E/F outputs).

good call, I had assumed he was using some sort of midi 2 CV converter, but the pulse would work great...

no I'm not using midi converter, I can trig 2 track of the MD with the
keyboard of the MS10, but it's not really interesting.
...but what do you call the "pulse" machine ?
It's in the GND ?
I don't see what u mean.

Guy.

Yes it's the GND-IM machine. This machine can generate an impulse on
any output of the MD, so you can control your MS10 with it.
