UW & Win98SE

2005-11-14 by djdjo000

Hey all!

My MD is having some swedish surgery right now (I've lit a candle..:). In anticipation, I'm checking out what precauses need to be taken. I'm running Win98SE right now. I saw the C6 utility won't work on that system. Is there any workaround? Are there any other programs I could use?

Thanks!

Jasper

Wow! What are you, are archeologist?
I've got some floppies of Windows 2.0 you might like. You can read 5" disks, I trust...?

Does MIDI-OX run on Win98? That ought to transfer the samples.

Jesper,
There is a windows ME version that should work with 98SE too. I believe it
is up on the elektron download page. Of course, IE crashed when I sent this
message the first time, so if it shows up twice, my apologies.

Hey Gerald and all others,

Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for all answers. I tried the ME version,
but it won't work. A error message occurs with shell32.dll.
Unfortunately...:(
My win98 system is very stable, the specs are not really suited for XP but
it works fine now. Do you happen to know a workaround?

Thanks again!

Jasper
