No idea, it's still factory sealed in the box.

So is it a fair speculation to say that someone got a Friend deal and
is trying to turn a measly profit?

Elektron accidentally sent me two units, even though I ordered only
one. First thing I did was contact elektron, tell them of the mix up,
and ask how I should handle this. Due to being in the states,
shipping back to elektron would have cost me almost as much as the
friend discount I paid for the first unit, so they said congrats, it's
you lucky day, keep it.

I asked around to see if any of my friends with Elektron gear wanted
it, they passed, thus I'm selling it. I'd hang on to it in case I get
a MnM one day, but USB ports are in short supply in my studio anyway.

The only thing it's fair to say, is that you jumped to the wrong conclusion.

I don't think so; he indicates that he got two by mistake in
the auction, and he's starting bidding at 50 bucks.

Well, it was more of a speculation than anything else. Your story is
much cooler and nothing I ever would have thought of. Which is why I
was speculating in the first place.
