MD: future ideas.

MD: future ideas.

I was thinking when I first got my MD that it would be pretty cool if
they added facilities to make up basic pad sounds by implementing a
machine using tri wave and with some sort of attack parameters. Using
3 channels of this you could make up chords and getting a pretty full
on and self contained live machine. You can already do basslines,
harsh stab sounds and melodies of a sort on the MD.

Also a tiny sampler in it would also be excellent, i dont know if
this is possible though whitout a hardware mod. im not techie like
that

I know its just supposed to be a drum machine and its superb and im
content with that but if those facilities above where implemented,
wow.

What do ppl here think?

urgh, no thanks.

I though it would be nice to have those features but in the simple
interface of the MD. I cant be bothered with those big machines. As
it is, all I use is a Devilfish sync'd to the MD and a microQ
sometimes.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
