Knob trouble.

Knob trouble.

2001-08-23 by Jason Vernon Starnes

Yeah, uncanny timing: I am having the exact same knob trouble. Encoder E began to jump a
little bit one day, and the next day as I rotated it to test what was happening its
response slowed and then faded to nothing right before my eyes, within ten minutes!
Crushing, I can tell you.
I just got a response from Elektron: I'll be shipping it back as soon as possible. Really
need access to that filter freq parameter, as you can imagine.
For those of us w/o our MDs, how about all you programmers out there posting more songs?
I'm sure those who have to wait for theirs would appreciate it, and there are so many
possibilities that the examples so far haven't demonstrated.
cheers,
Jason

Yeah there sending mine back today, excellent support from them, send
it yesterday, got there today and sending back to me today, receive
tommorow :).

They seem quite worried and hope that this knob thing will not be a
problem in all MD's. Its ok for us as support is good, but must cost
them a fortune if it happens.
