Elektron Musical Instruments

Hello!
My name is Stefan, live in germany and wait for my MachineDrum which 
will arrive tomorrow!!! :-))
It will perfectly fit into my Synth-Setup, but i wonder if there is 
still need or use for my X-Base09?
Anyway, i am 100% that MD is a kickass...

If you want the 909 hihats/snare then keep it. The X-Base09 kickdrum
is also good for making basslines that are deeper than almost
anything. I think Anthony Rother uses an X-Base09 only for that
purpose. At least he had one when he played live this summer. :)

Are there any picta's (besides on the official site) with an open Sidstation.  I wan't more detailled pics of the inside of the sid without opening it myself. ;-)

i opened myne up when i got it cuz i had problems with some screws.  Its
pretty empty, heh, not much to see. Dont have a pic but its very easy to
open, theres not much you can mess up.
