Sidstation 19"

Sidstation 19"

Hello!

I would be interested in buying a 2nd Sidstation.
But only a "special 19 inch edition".
That would be great, because its much better for playing live.

Maybe some other guys are interested too?
Would that be possible?

Ok, maybe I should say it in different words:

Dear Electrons:
I wish that my SidStation will last for ages.
Im playing live quite often, and the transportation
of my SidStation is quite complicated.
Its design is the best i can imagine (except the knobs).
But if I have to leave my studio I have to pack it into some
old T-Shirt and put it into a bag beside my Harddisk and
my toothpaste and porn-mags.
I think this place is no good surrounding, and the sounds
might experience a bad influence or the box might be
attacked by the mad toothpaste.
My liveset is extremely based on the Station, and if I
arrive somewhere and it is out of order, i would face
real problems. If my MPC 2000 is damaged, ok...
somebody will have one...but with the SidStation this
is different.

So I imagined a rack-version of the SidStation.
Ok, this would not look sooo beatiful,
but I could put it into my Rack, and it would be safe.

Merry Christmas
Splank!

I'm sorry but there won't be one from us at least! We can not afford to
split up on several different models.

Hey Splank,

There are two solutions:
One: let someone make rack-ears. I wouldn't recommend that personally.
Two: get yourself a custom-made case! Many companies offer this! One of the
roadmanagers I know, used to do this for an act I worked for. He even built
all power supplies into the cases!

Ciao,
Joeri
