Elektron Musical Instruments

Hello !

Today, when i have push the on button, i have seen an easter eggs with 
Elvis and this sentence "the machinedrum is a nice piece of gear" or 
something like this. It was very fast and when i try to turn off, and turn 
on, the easter egg doesn't appears anymore !!!

I have send a mail to elektron and the respond "we don't know about 
that"... with a big smiley at the end of the mail :)

Maybe there is another secret screen like this, try to find another !

I thought i was the only one!  Seeing that caused me to chill out with 
the smoke for a few days as i thought i was loosing it.
Anyone seen it more than once??

seriously though, i just finished a nice one and i wanted to play with the MD 
so i turned it on and all of a suddend there goes Elvis with the thumbs up.  
as i have never seen any machine do that i figued it was down to the smoke.  
the elektron guys played like they had no clue so i thought i was going a bit 
loopy.
However, after a few weeks i saw someone post on sonic state that they saw it 
too and i felt a bit better.
i wish he would come back.
just another reason to love this machine.

How long have you had it?  It seems like a time thing.  Maybe it goes
off doing the easter egg thing after a number of times you switch it
on?  What a waste.  But nice supprise.  I probably missed it cuz I
don't watch my MD power up all the time.  Now I do.
