MD controlling SID

MD controlling SID

2002-12-12 by wayneferrer <wayneferrer@yahoo.com>

Hi everyone,
like anyone owning the whole Elektron set up I guess, I'm freaking
with MD and sidstation working all together. I've got a question for
you then, and it concerns the sid anyway : how do I sync the wave
tables with the sequencer, for them to stick to the bpm ? Is there a
way actually ? I've set the Sid sync on external source of course,
and when I go faster with the MD, the wave table goes faster too, but
it's not set to the bpm from the start.
Anyone can help with that ? Hope I've been clear enough-

MD - rack shelf

I was browsing images.google and found some dude that had a really
small midi-keyboard mounted within a standard rack on some rack
drawer.

Anyone got some tips/links to some similar setups/images!?

It would be nice with an slightly angled drawer for the machinedrum.

Lately I've really been getting into using SRR=8.
It's the setting with the least obvious effect, sounds more
subtle than SRR=1, but still changes the sound in a way that's
almost subliminal. It's like SRR=7, but quieter, and SRR=9 is totally
different.
