Elektron Musical Instruments

Hi,

I've been a happy owner of MD about 2 months and not so happy owner 
of broken computer about 3 months. Now that I finally got my machine 
working I'm going to hook up everything for making music (at last).

Since MD is my first hardware thing, I'm not very sure how should I 
connect them. These are my gear:

Computer with Cubase SX
RME Hammerfall with 8 analog in/out and Midi In/Out (1 port)
Roland Keyboard with 1 Midi out
MD with Midi out/in/thru

Can I connect them so that:
1. MD would be slave to SX 
2. and I could use the SX locators 
3. and just hit play from Sx, while MD would start on a right 
position of song

I've also thought that if I hook midi from my keyboard out to MD in 
and then from the thru to hammerfall can I play keyboard so that it 
doesn't trigger MD?

I'm sure someone from you has investigated this issue allready, I 
would appreciate any help tha you can offer. Maybe you can also tell 
how to set MD's global settings for use it like this.
