I have had a few issues with the MD.  I only use the MD with my Virus 
Indigo 2.  Now I'm not sure if it is the Virus or the MD.  

I have a sequence where the first note(1BD) in the sequence loop 
sounds distorted.  I think this may be because I have other notes in 
the first position(1BD).  I have drum notes from the MD here and 
using the MID machines to trigger notes from the virus in this 
position.  Only the MD triggered Virus sounds in this well used 
position become disorted.

Another thing is when I use song mode and start from stopped and then 
press start, my Indigo will trigger a note when I release the keys of 
my keyboard.  My Indigo will stay this way unless I change to the 
single mode in the Indigo.  When I play a song from the stopped 
position my virus will play double notes.  One during the trigger and 
one during the release.  This seems to only happen with the MID 1 
machine, the first channel.
