Because this is the first time i've heard about the 1.12(b) update

If you download it it contains the previous OS versions and fixes.  But I don't think there is a bug list that I know of.  I'd like to add that if you sign up for the Elektron Friend they notify you of new updates and news by email.  That's how I found out.  They only send this about four times a year so it's not annoying.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
