I'm not a logic man, but you can filter this in your midi interface if it's
an Emagic or MOTU (in the big boys : AMT, midi Xpress etc.), and inside
Logic also (environement)

Just don't ask me how :D

Hi everyone!
Please help a Newbie with lots of questions!

Is there anyone out there using their Machinedrum with Logic, or another sequencer. I am having trouble getting my head round the best way to sync everything up.

I would like to be able to have the Machinedrum song running alongside my Logic song, so that when I choose a position in Logic, the Machindrum also jumps to that position in the song. Is there any way to do this?

Following from the last question, I would also like to try using the Machindrum as the midi clock source for more stable timing, but would like to control transport functions from within Logic. Can this be done?

Finally, the Machinedrum appears to output the patterns as midi information all the time - thus routing through to any other instrument I have selected. Is there a way to turn this off?

Thanks,
Paul
