Question about the soundbank

Question about the soundbank

1999-10-19 by Joeri Vankeirsbilck

Hi,

I'd like to ask something. As some of you might know, I've created some
of the preset patches. The ones with JV. in their names are made by me.
I'd appreciate it if everyone could post his/her opinion about those
patches and what other patches you'd like to see in the future. Many
thanks!

Greetings,
Joeri

I think those patches rule. On the Sidstation, I either
program sounds myself (kool), or slightly tweak one of the
JV-patches to fit what I want (easy & kool). I don't know
why, but those patches easily fits my own soundpalette somehow.
I'm not kidding, I remember browsing the presets and
instantly loving those ones. What kind of music do you do?

Thanks for the nice comments, but are there special kinds of patches that
you'd like to have in the future: more pads, more basses,... whatever...

I work in several studios (including lots of sounddesign) for some dance
projects and I also do my own projects. Style: commercial dance right now
because it's the only thing that sells over here. I hope to switch to pop,
R&B and soul one day... I'll soon post a link to my webpage where you'll
find more information. Stay tuned.

Ciao,

Mostly leads I suppose. Also, I love soundeffects
and programming show-off. The patch doesn't have
to be musically usable, if it is very creative or
original. Its interesting to see how others can
tweak gear.
