Is there a possibility that the new MonoMachine have some kind 
of sound synthesis like the Speak & Spell machines???

If you are looking for voice synthesis and aren't afraid to use a
computer, check out Festival.  It supports proper pronuciation in a few
languages and says all the words that the Mac / Windows voice software
