Elektron Musical Instruments

My MD is only 20 hours old. I was playing a pattern 
when ..................... 4 tracks just go silent all by themselves.
Tracks/buttons 13-16 all went silent during playback. I look at the 
buttons and the LED's are still blinking along with the sequences 
that WERE there. HERE IS THE SCARY PART... I go to edit track 13 and 
there are no parameters anymore just 8 blank boxes . All the parm 
icons are gone , the only graphic left is the volume meter. Same 
thing for 14-16 all blanks.
DID THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE?
ANY suggetions anyone??

Yep. I didn't do anything about it, and then it disappeared. Always
the same pattern that kept on bugging. I switched to another pattern,
or turned the machine off and then it disappeared. Which OS version
are you running?

Im using 1.12 (the latest I think) Ive already factory reset the box 
thank god I dont have any really good sh#t on it (like I said only 20 
hours use) but this completely sucks. And it happened all by itself 
while it was playing , " I " did not delete any kit it happened all 
by itself no one was even touching it. Elektron did not get back to 
me yet either. This sucks
