they just did their taxes and they owe? :-)

it's seriously possible; in fact, I purchased mine around this time of
year and I recall there being a lot of them up on the block. yet usually
you only see one every month or so.

that's too bad that they gotta get rid of them cause I
would never wanna part with mine. :D
