I want to say also not only the note on/off, but all the control changes 
!!! We can change only the channels but we can't  choose not to send 
that midi traffic :(

What do you mean by sync master?  Use the global menu to send midi
clock.  Check you manual again.

The midi machines will not send anything if you don't program anything
on them.  You can use more than one of the same channel.  

You have to be more specific about what you exactly want to do.

Right.. but the playing the patterns will send midi notes out.

Are you talking about the machinedrum sounds triggering notes?  Go to
Global > Midi > Map Editor.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
