well, if ur wanting a sidstation from drummachine.com u better act quick. 
They are getting 15 in tonight, and 1 of them is mine :) bwhahah... 
um...also, for the same price as drummachine.com, I know of a guy who is 
selling a sidstation Ninja prototype. I would of bought it, but I didn't 
trust him (started rushing my payment). But if he still has it, and ur 
willing to take the risk, goto synthsite.com's classified adds, under 
keyboards and look for it.

Thanks for the heads up Sean.  I sent an email off to Mickey this 
morning.  I saw the prototype Ninja add too - I sent the guy a note 
yesterday but haven't heard back yet.

He seemed legit to me, i almost bought his aswell, but a better deal came 
along (ninja w/ next day delivery @ $450!!!)

Seems to be many shoppers right now, good good!  You ol' timers are gonna 
have to teach us a thang or two :)

Some guy in Texas.  He must of come into a money crunch.  Started at $500, 
dropped it on his own when he asked me to use paypal, and then the shipping 
just got tossed in along the way.  Heh, i'm not one to say no! :)

EFX recommendations for the sid?  I was think about getting a nice 
distortion pedal(Boss MT or an Ibanez BN or SM-7), but has anyone else come 
across something that made the sid sound extra nice?

A Korg Kaoss Pad, funny to use and wonderful effects. Preset 21, a nice
emulation of a tape echo, gives the Sid a tasty ambient edge... also presets
for filtering, distortion, and lots of modulations, twekable with just the
touch of a finger...
