When a fuse blows, it won't come back on. This does sound like an overheat issue.
To confirm it is the power supply, after it appears to have turned off, you could check the output voltages at the brown connectors of the power supply and see if there is output.
If there is still output, then the issue is not the PS. However, if the outputs are 0V then you would want to replace it.

Green is ground, yellow and orange should both have voltages (+ 5 and +12)

It won't go back on immediately after that, I usually have to wait about 10 minutes.

It seems like a PSU issue to me, it is almost like it is overheating or the fuse going off.

I'm just checking in here if it is a common issue, otherwise I'll substitute the PSU for a computer one.
