I thought I did this on 10.7, but can't check it til I get home tonight.
I know I did flash media this way and it booted.

The FDD functionality in OS X 10.6.x or later isn't really functional.Mac with USB would be a G5 PPC and 10.4.11 has far greater support. I have run into this with supporting my old mac and running terminal commands to write .img OS7 disc images and format hfs.
I'd be surprised if it worked.Let me know
-RVKYou may be able to do a "dd" from a USB floppy on the Mac in Terminal, also.

Okay I will upload the OS image as soon as I either get a VM on my Mac running EMXP or resurrect an old PC running "EMX" in dos mode to create an image of the OS floppy.-Dave

Hello Forum,I have been running a version of Emax Plus OS which shows as "EmaxPlus10/16/89" on the Emax (and in hex dumps of the CF image).Does anyone else have EmaxPlus10/16/89? I'm wondering where this version came from as E-Synthesist hadn't heard of it AND it appears to work with Sound Designer-Emax 1.2.1's Bank Transmit/Receive functionality (which was previously believed to have only worked with a version string like "Emax Plus rev4.0" (E-Synthesist's "tweaked" Emax OSs).-Dave
