I have an Emax 2 (2213) and I'm desparately trying to format a Zip disk on it.
When I try to format a Zip disk (in this case, a brand new mac formatted
zip100 disk), I select Master 5, select drive #5, insert disk and
confirm format request but then the drive does nothing and the Emax
displays the message "MEDIA ERROR!" I have tried a couple of disks but
get the same message.
The drive (Iomage Zip100 model number Z100S2) will read and load presets from a couple of sound library zip disks that I bought fine.
Does anyone know where I am going wrong??
